"They seems to have diwngraded. Used to be my top choice of hotel.in Bandung as near ammenities. But now they do.not give bottle mineral water . Even flask was issued to get water drom dispenser. But i felt its not hygenic after post pandemic .housekeeping was not detailed bath towel were not replaced after they clear the soiled ones. were replaced and "

"Yes hotel was very nice. All staff are Friendly and helpful who never failed to smile especially reception desk Staff Nabila who goes extra mile in making my stay very pleasant. Perfect Hotel location with alot of foods restaurant & dining & shopping just outside the hotel. We we located at swimming pool and gym level so it was great!! Room service was delicious too "
