It was a beautiful hotel and we had the most amazing view from the room. I just dislike the wait to check in and there’s only 2 receptionist available but they were helpful and always smiling. I couldn’t remember the name but all of them were friendly. Eventho I’m eligible for express check in and check out i find it quite upset where they didnt show me where to go. The buffet breakfast was good, i get to choose and picked what i want.

Incredibly luxurious, but I would never stay again

The Trans Luxury Hotel in Bandung is absolutely luxurious. The rooms look fantastic with great amenities. The staff is very helpful and forthcoming. The food in the restaurant is varied. And the gym is well-stocked with good-quality machines and ample free-weights. But I would never stay at the hotel again, as it is much too noisy. The rooms are poorly soundproofed, both between rooms and between floors, but mostly against the roads outside and the mosque across the road. I had to sleep with earplugs and I could still hear the noise outside. And when I was on the phone, my colleague on the other side of the World could hear the outside noise.

Not a five-star hotel.

Not a five-star place, this hotel's seen better days. It might've been fancy back in the early 2000s, but it's seriously screaming for a makeover. The whole design is outdated and blah. The carpet was grimy, the sofa was disgusting, and worst of all, no coffee maker or iron – and they said they were out when I asked! Unacceptable for a supposed five-star hotel, I'm not going back.n.

バンドンでは確実にトップクラスのホテルです。インドネシアにいることを忘れそうになるくらい別世界。 高級ショッピングモールや遊園地併設の複合施設の一画にホテルがあるので家族連れが多いです。特に週末。滑り台があるプールなど子供が喜ぶエンターテイメント向けホテルですね。 18階レストランはほぼ洋食でインドネシア料理はほぼ無いです。味は悪くないです。展望バーは雰囲気良く、バンドンで一番のオシャレスポットの気がします。

Room was quite well appointed. Could have a tour desk though. Breakfast service was quite poor. Food was not of international standard and was served cold to lukewarm. Staff have a habit of clearing your table even when you are not done with your meal. Don’t use the 6 or 12 hr car service. Its supposed to be at your disposal to bring you to all the places but the driver will bring you to some places like a coffee factory that gives him some incentive$. Overall a good hotel being next to Trans Mall and Trans Studio Amusement Park.

Truly the most excellent hotel in Bandung!

Truly the best hotel in bandung - not only is it luxurious but the service is consistently excellent For the family, this is great as the mall and theme park are just downstairs. No need to be stuck in traffic - you can just walk around Our room included lounge access which turned out to be a very good idea - the selection is more than canapés. They have hot food, soups, alcoholic drinks. The breakfast includes ala carte orders in addition to the buffet. The manager on duty - Tedy and his staff at the club lounge were always attentive and helpful. The surprise was the cocktails in the lobby lounge! Didn’t discover it until the last day. The lemongrass gin and tonic was freshly made and excellent. We only have compliments for this hotel. Turned out to be the best decision for our family trip.
