Seru nginep disana, makanannya enak. Tapi kamarnya kecil terus air wcnya kurang bersih gt. Tapi overall menyenangkan, pasti akan balik lagi kesana kalau main2 lagi ke Bandung

Hotel keliatan nya msh dlm taraf pengerjaan. Kondisi kamar di room 212: karpet di kamar basah (rembes), ac tdk dingin, king size bed tdk spt king size bed tp 2 twin bed yg digabung. Malam pertama tdk bisa tidur. Hari ke 2, kita minta pindah kamar dan diksh kamar yg lebih baik, walaupun kondisi bed msh sama. Sarapan ok.

Non-Smoking Floors !
The no-smoking floor rooms are important basic requisite for non-smokers basic rights for fresh air..... TQ. It's a terrible experience for my 5 other friends who had to endure the smoker''s room due to availability.... and they were forced to pay extra for the business rooms on the 5th floor !

Breakfast spread was good. Tbh the head chef were good too. But what I don’t like were the front office staff. How they handle the customer need to be improved. There was no willingness to resolve the problem, all they do was kinda like “when the property can not provide, that is it. Your kids sleep on the floor”

New hotel with decent service.
We were given a spacious room but it had a broken lamp. Overall room condition was great but some areas were not as well maintained as others.
