Mercure Paling Jelek
Pesan 2 kamar deluxe smoking twin bed, dan sudah bayar lunas. Saat check in kamar yg dipesan tidak ada, malah downgrade jadi diberi kamar superior yang harganya lebih murah idr 150K. Saat minta agar uang selesih harga dikembalikan, hotel menolak mengembalikan uang saya. Hotel ini sangat tidak layak utk dipilih. Memberi informasi tentang kamar yang tidak benar melalui travel agent hotel.com. Hotel ini sangat tidak layak menyandang nama besar accor group & mercure. Kamar mandinya lebih mirip kamar mandi losmen daripada hotel bintang 4. Wastafel tidak ada air hangat, shower tidak ada tirai/dinding/partisi/kaca pembatas sehingga air mandi muncrat kemana2 lantai kamar mandi & handuk basah semua. Harusnya accor/mercure lebih selektif memilih property yang bisa menggunakan nama besar mereka.

kritik dan saran
semua OK , hotel nyaman , makanan enak. tapi kamar mandi level lantainya menjorok tidak ke lubang jadi saat anak mandi sambil BAK malah tercium bau pesing. washtafel di kamar saya juga lubangnya dah rusak jadi menggenang. Saran...kolam renang yang 0,5 M pakai air hangat

Was great a few years ago but now is run down. It badly needs room upgrades. Disgusting grey and frayed bath towels were a shock. Not to Mercure standard.

Three rooms that we've got upon check in was dirty , hairs all over the carpet. Bathroom is dirty, carpet is dirty. The staff is unpleasant overall condition of the hotel rated as 4 star was not suitable at all. The breakfast was over price We have requested quiet floor but the room we've got was so noisy as it was facing the main road.

One of the best hotels in Bandung, staff is very courteous and the breakfast buffet is outstanding. Unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance which was something I would have looked forward to.

Short visit - Positive experience
First time at this hotel and, notwithstanding the Covid, all hotel personnel was very friendly, trying to solve any discomfort caused by. Hotel was almost empty, like I assume, all hotels in this period. Breakfast was acceptable even if limited in variety due to the above. Plenty of TV channels. Internet working yes and not but not depending on the hotel. My mobile phone internet was working yes and not at the same rhythm. Room spacious, A/C system effective and silent

Overall 4/10 1. Check in - Hotel mixed up my room type and thus it took a long time for Front Desk to check and confirm. 2. Room Toilet - Stained and Moldy. there was somebody's hair in the shower and toilet seat 3. Bed - Sheets were stained and old. There were pen marks and yellow stains 4. Pool - Too small to even bother trying to swim 5. Parking - over crowded. at least there is free valet parking 6. Breakfast - the only thing I liked about this hotel. Good experience accept fr the sudden earth quake which hit tasik malaya n we felt it till bandung. Trembling in the middle of the nite. Ut was an experience..everybody gone down frm the hotel. But the botel staff was calm n collective in handling the situation...

A short stay in Bandung. Convenient location to the 'CBD' and 'Xtran' [mini bus inter-city transportation]. Clean, although it has basic facilities. Breakfast is fine for the price.

Falling in love with Bandung
I stayed for 6D 5N. Hotel was not busy so naturally we stood out from the crowd. We made a lot of friends from the hotel. Everyone was very helpful and went out of their way to help us. I feel like people in bandung connects with me. Humble at its best. Hotel staff were like family. Awesome trip!

깨끗한 객실, 조금더 고객을 생각해주었으면 하는 서비스..
전체적으로 룸 컨디션은 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 다만, 침대커버를 교체하지 않고 정리정돈만 하는 것은 좀 청결하지 못한 것 같습니다. 교체 요청을 하니 그제서야 교채해 주었습니다. 또한, 주변에 외국 출장객이 편하게 먹을수 있는 식당이 거의 없는데.. 룸서비스 조차 지원되지 않는게 많았고, 객실내 미니바도 없어서 여러모로 불편했습니다.
