Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Bad experience

The swimming pool looks disgusting, the a/c doesn't get cold the tv bad reception, and what they tell you about the rooms fouls advertising.. Lights in the room some bulbs burnt out, the apartment is very small me and my family of 5 couldn't fit in apartment so we had to get another room on 2 different floors...
