"Construction right outside our room that started at 8am, room 220 is right next to the evelator. The noice was horrible if your trying to sleep. No discount due to the construction. I was told its not related. I asked about the parking and also told the construction was not related. The breakfast is in a room in the parking garage. Dont like amelling that before eating or right after. "

"Wonderful family stay. It's an older resort with the related issues (water leaks, older building odours in hallways) but it was affordable and comfortable and assigned parking was great to guarantee a spot as it was busy. The rooms were very clean, kitchen area was handy with all needed basics for simple meal prep, and the wood burning fireplace and balcony were wonderful. The waterslides were awesome, but also absolute chaos (only 1 attendant who was not even in the pool area), so I'd keep a close eye on your kids to prevent injuries. The splashdown pool is not big enough for people to hang out in, and signs indicate all are supposed exit right away, but large crowds of kids and parents were parked in the pool anyway. Our son had so much fun while we relaxed in the hot tubs, but several kids, including mine, had to be constantly reminded to move away from the bottom of the slides."

"Too far out of town to walk to town. Did have a shuttle but had to work around the shuttle schedule. Rooms were dirty (spider webs everywhere, dusty, hair in the shower, ashes from the fire place on the floor, tv looked like someone sprayed pop or something all over it) plus garbage bags all over the walk ways from rooms to parking lot/main lobby."
