"Staff was great and easily made changes. Fabulous room, with very comfortable bed and lots of space. Very close to great restaurants and shops. "

"Loved the heated bathroom floor. Had intermittent issue with cig smoke coming through vents. Had intermittent problems with toilets filling. Had some issue with shower leaking on floor. Manager comped a breakfast for our troubles."

"Staff were excellent and accommodating. There were renovations outside but it didn’t impact our stay at all. Clean and in a great location. "

"Our family of 3 loved this property. The staff were always friendly and helpful, the condo was exactly as pictured, there was a playground for our daughter, parking was always available, and bus passes were provided. Also, the hotel is literally on top of the bus stop, so it’s super easy. It’s about a 5ish minute bus ride to downtown. I’d recommend this property to anyone, and I would choose this location again if we ever return to Banff!"

"Beautiful property "

"When booking our stay, we didn't realize that the hotel was so conveniently located to local transportation, a grocery store and all that the town has to offer. It is beautifully and uniquely decorated. Dining, lots of public spaces and even a local travel office was all there. Warning, when turned on, water emits from the hand-held hose and not the shower head. The bathroom got drenched!"
