"One of the worst stays of our 3 month trip across Asia. The staff were nice, and dinner at the restaurant was good. If we were staying for longer than 10 hours between flights I would have moved hotels. Our room smelt like cigarette smoke all night, there were baby ants crawling all over the walls, there is 0 sound proofing between rooms so we could hear the people next door having a conversation at full volume, the bed side plugs had pieces broken off in them so they weren’t usable. "Hotel is new, very clean, albeit a bit sterile, being painted white everywhere, but it is nice and clean and bright. Breakfast was plentiful and very good. At the airport at 1 AM we did not want to wait an hour for the shuttle so we took a Grab taxi. But returning to the airport on their free shuttle next morning was smooth and pleasant. Will definitely stay here again when transiting BKK."
