"I booked at Ibis Impact for the concert at Impact Arena, which can be accessed via the Skywalk. The compound is away fr the city, but ideal to stay if attending events at Impact. The room is good, more spacious than another Ibis hotel location I booked before. The hotel is kind of secluded, and 711 is a long walk away but can be accessed via Skywalk."

"Room was fery clean and breakfast was really good. Overall a nice stay. The only thing that would be better is shuttle service to and from Don Muang. They do offer service to Don Muang but not enough. (Only 3 or 4 times daily)"

"The breakfast was good and adequate selection. The room was clean and I had a good rest. My only issue was that I was charged when I asked for ice in the room for a pain in my neck due to an accident I had on my third day there and had muscle spasm. They gave me a bucket when I needed only a few to put in a plastic bag to make into an ice pack. The hotel should have an ice pack as first aid kit."
