"施設は快適です。日本人の駐在員が多く住んでいるため、朝食のレストランは日本にいるみたいです。朝食にはご飯、味噌汁、納豆も用意されていました。外国人が多く住むエリアですが、レジデンス周辺はローカルも多く、人通りもまばらで、夜に出歩くのは少し不安があります。ハノイ市街よりは静かなのでゆっくりするには最適です。ハノイ市街には車で15〜20分は掛かります。"

"Arrival was convenient, although you can't access the elevator from the garage unless you already have a room key. The room was spacious and the view of Hanoi was gorgeous from the large windows in the room. Food options were convenient by foot from the location.the room was quite comfortable and clean but the building, in general, could use maintenance. Chipped paint on the walls and malfunctioning buttons for the elevator were small annoyances. The staff was top notch. "

"It was nice staying there. Apartment was spacious, modern and well equiped. Manager Bruce and reception staff was very nice. House keeping was not good though. They didn’t clean room daily or when they did not properly. Overall it was a good experience."

"The location is great - right in Tay Ho and easy to find and get to. The property itself is right above a Starbucks so great place to work and grab a coffee - although why would you drink Starbucks in Vietnam?!? I was upgraded to a 2-bedroom room which was fine by me - high floor and large balcony overlooking West Lake. I need to give a special shout out to Nova at the reception desk. On Friday night, I left my phone in the Grab (I have NEVER DONE THIS!) and he immediately jumped online...

"1 nơi xứng đáng để trải nghiệm. Tới Hà Nội để du lịch 1 mình, bna đầu tôi khá là sợ hãi nhưng nhân viên ở đây rất thân thiện và hữu ích. Không chỉ tư vấn chỗ ăn chơi và còn hướng dẫn tôi tips chơi an toàn tại Hà Nội. Nhân viên còn hỗ trợ tôi đi tour Hạ Long Bay và Ninh Bình. Ngoài ra nhà hàng Rooftop có view Hồ và hay còn mời tôi dự tiệc. "

"It was such a nice place to stay in. Although a little west of the old quarter, the location was overall good as it was still close to other tourist attractions and it was nestled in a nice spot where you couldn't hear motorbikes from the room. I really liked the feel of the room. It was clean and easy to keep cool and the beds was very comfortable. The owner was also very helpful and unobtrusive."

"Great property if you enjoy the peace and quiet away from old quarter. The rooms are much more spacious and has more than enough room for luggage to be opened up. Loved how accommodating the staff were, as even though I was nearly 3 hours late to check in at around 11:30pm, I was still able to get my room. Honestly feared the place was going to be locked at this time like many other hotels in old quarter, but the clerk was still there, waiting for my check in. Really appreciate the support! "

"On this trip to Vietnam the VNA was one of the best apartments we stayed in. Staff were super friendly and efficient organising our taxi's and transfers. Large comfortable rooms close to restaurants and lake. "

"We were welcome by a lovely lady at Check-In desk, the staffs was very helpful with extremely helpful service. The hotel is located in central Hanoi very close to hoan kiem lake and convenient for dinning and night walking street on Friday to Sunday."
