It was my third day in Thailand and I needed a place that I can sleep properly. This place did it. The bed was comfortable just like the hotels in the US. The rooms were clean. The hot water were prefect. The foods were great. Everything was great except customer services. I am not Thai, but I can understand Thai language. Please train the staffs to not gossip in front of their customers about that customers.

Walking around to get to mall because no one directed otherwise. Drunk or mad guy threw short on floor and was kicking it and it Flew up hit my face where was parking security no where

The hotel boasts itself as a 5 star hotel and unfortunately, the guests that it receives are not close to 5 stars. Our room was adjacent to a family suite so we constantly heard children running, screaming and playing with the door bells. There were also 3 families at the other end of the hallway who enjoy talking along the hallway with their coffee in hand. Perhaps the hotel can improve on its soundproofing. We were hoping to play some tennis but the courts were converted into a hydroponics farm. The hotel is attached to a convention hall. There was a constant flow of men in suit who were unruly and impatient. Our bags were sent to our rooms as their check in was 3pm local time. My haversack was tipping over the edge of the open wardrobe and my friend's luggage appeared to be just wheeled in from the door. Not what you expect from a 5 star hotel. Nevertheless, the view of the city was wonderful. The water pressure was good. The welcome drinks served at the bar were tasty. Thank you.

it was a very large space. center world is next door but is so huge that we keep getting lost and could not find the way to get back to hotel. dining options fantastic...all our favorite foods are there. dim sum, won ton noodles and curry crabs. and fresh fruits. minor issue is we have couponsfor free drinks. one alcoholic drink is sangria. its ok. but the non alcohol is fruit punch. we are diabetics and therefor asked for plain ice tea and was told no. only fruit punch option which i think is very non friendly.

Check in process was atrocious. We eventually were told that our room floor required three separate elevators sometimes taking 10 minutes to get there. The room key failed multiple times and our round trip back to the took 20 minutes. Room lights would turn on in the middle of the night. Very unpleasant experience. I do not recommend this property to anyone. I am a frequent traveler as a lifetime member. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY.

Fantastic location, quality and service
My family of four (inclusive of two teenagers) had an absolutely wonderful stay. The hotel links into the massive shopping mall next door and is only a short walk to the nearby BTS (sky train) terminal. The buffet breakfast on the 51st floor is available to “Club” guests and is fantastic. Be sure to try out their a la carte menu items.
