I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was really helpful and courteous. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything.

Hotel refused to offer a refund despite Covid-19 situation. They offered an amendment of date until Dec2021 (but must decide and book by Oct2020) when nobody knows when the pandemic will end. Hotel shows no empathy and sympathy for its valuable customers and only focused on revenue and profits.

One of the best choices hotel, this hotel located in heart of bangkok but stay in quite zone so we can enjoy nights life also can good rest in hotel also. Room very clean, service also the best like 5star hotel.

The worst hotel I ever stayed in Bangkok and I fully recommend to others not to stay in this hotel. Bad management of the hotel. On reaching the hotel at 7.00pm, we had been told the hotel had no room available, force to move to other hotel which location was terrible, had to walk along quiet and dark path, we felt unsafe. On insist and requested, the hotel staff agreed to give a family room in De Lavendar Bangkok Hotel for 4 of us, the following day the hotel staff only fulfill our request to provide the 2 standard room that we had booking. Three night staying had to move 3 times. It's awful. I will never... never booking this hotel again.

The hotel is located in center of Pratunam market, just 1 minutes walk and I don't need to go further because anything I need to buy is just within the hotel’s vicinity at very cheap price! The hotel itself is also cheap in price have a clean area, clean room with good airconditioner and very comfortable bed! And the staffs are all friendly and helpful.I suggest this is the Perfect choice for travelers who likes comfort and love to shop! Surely my choice of hotel even on my next visit to Bangkok!

Staff was rude when we ask for another toilet roll, open our room door without us around and when we come back and saw room door open, air-con in the room was leaking during our second day stay, ants around near table, bottom of the door edge was not close properly, it was noisy in the night as the next door guest come back with noise and morning staff was banging wall near the stair

About the air conditioner, we have our maintenance that is always on standby who make a repair right away and you just need to inform the reception. We also have a daily room cleaning scheduled every day to make sure your room is tidy and we also make sure that your room door is completely closed as we finished the cleaning. And we apologize for the inconvenience about the noise as our housekeeping personnel are cleaning other rooms and this issue is already brought to their attention. Wonderful Experience!!! We stay for only 1 night, the hotel located in small alley but a few step on the main road, location is nice near by night market,street food and shopping malls,check in and out is very fast, the room is clean and tidy,specially the staff are very helpful and great you everyday. Highly recommended.

Perfect location
The location is perfect!!!! We enjoy stay in de lavender hotel the location is awesome near in everywhere shopping centre wholesale and retail,restaurant,street food,train station ,airport link, bus stop as well. Price is affordable to any back packer traveler,room are clean and very helpful staff. I highly recommend and comeback soon.

Lovely hotel and budget
Good service!price is reasonable. Hotel staffs are accomodating are helpfull. Room is clean, the airconditioning works very well. 24 hours on-call receptionist so you can be sure of any help that you need, anytime. The hotel also provide taxi service and tour to make sure that you can go to good places without any hassle. The massage spa is also just inside the hotel so you can choose to have it inside your room for your convenience. This hotel truely knows what their guests needs. I am very impressed!

Strategic location and budget hotel
Strategic location hotel with great service and so many food around!!! I stayed for 3 nights. De Laverder is inn an excellent location close to train airport and a myriad of shopping, street and malls. The hotel is inexpensive Binny has no in room facilities except, A/C. The standard room has no window so look out for this feature when booking. Staff were very friendly and helphelpful. Metre taxis are cheapest, tuk- tuk are a tourist treat bit expensive, pays to haggle hard.

No sighs nobody knew where the motel was taxi drivers etc .very poor location .it was in a alley. Smells was bad very very small room .bathroom was terrible if a person would need a shower would had to stand over the toilet .im not joking!!!.will not recomment this motel to nobody.i have been travelling a lot this is the worse i have seen i would not advertise this motel on my SITE

客房很整潔，毛巾都很乾淨，也很香，但是客房隔音度稍差，怕吵的要注意；整體服務很好，預約機場送機價位公開透明，算便宜，司機服務也很好。另外房內WIFI訊號也不太好。樓下就有按摩，很方便。但飯店地處水門市場巷弄內，進出稍不方便。
