Location is great: not far from Central World mall and dining and massage options. Good connection with BKK airport directly. Only downgrading experience was not properly working air conditioner in the room. It manageable once it's cold but it was taking ages to cool the room down.

Quiet Gem
Stayed here for a week upon arriving in Bangkok. Arrived very late as my plane did not land until 11pm. Was happy to find someone working reception and ready to check me in. Quick easy check-in with 500baht key deposit. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Every room had a small balcony, unfortunately I was on a lower floor and my balcony faced a residential home so it had a bunch of fake greenery blocking the sun so the room did not really get any natural light which I would of liked. Rooms on the end of the hallway facing the front of the hotel have large windows. As far as I could tell my room was one of the only ones that had this setup on the balcony, room 215. The rooftop pool area and patio were amazing. I spent a ton of time here enjoying the pool to cool off from the Bangkok heat and enjoy to view and the breeze. The rooftop had a great view of Baiyoke tower. The pool was also pristine and I had it to myself pretty much the whole time. For me the rooftop areas were the reason I booked and it was exactly what I wanted. The staff was always very nice and friendly and helpful. I needed a train ticket printed and they in did that for me. They also allowed me to stay and use the rooftop pool and areas for pretty much the whole day after I checked out since my train didn't leave until 7pm. The hotel is within a 5-10 minute walk to 2 different parks, the airport BTS link and the Victory BTS link, and the Pratunam market. Also within easy walk to central world and siam malls.

Quite nice hotel in quite good localization. Few minutes walking from City Line from the BKK Airport. Near 7-11 and some other nice restaurants. Also walking distance to Pratunam Market. The room was small but comfortable. Good and nice swimming pool on the roof. And really very nice and helpful hotel staff. They postponed our reservation for free (because the airline changed our timetable.)

Disappointing location; paper walls.
Was kept up at night by sounds in the hall. I could hear the lobby phone from my room. I can hear the cleaning crew cleaning. Location is bad with little to do in an area you dont want to walk alone as a woman. I would not book again.

Nice out of the way place.
A little off the beaten track, but new and comfortable property. Once we discovered the secret way to get around it was OK. Has older houses in the neighborhood with chickens and roosters, so be expected to wake up early.

Good spot once you learn how the get around.
Nice hotel, great bedding, good bathroom. Only issue was roosters crowing at 4 am as it is in a residential area.

I like how the staffs of this hotel are so friendly and welcoming the guest. The room is very clean and tidy. The roof top swimming pool is perfect at the sunset hour with the golden sky. Located in a alley of a walking distance to pratunam, victory monument, king power, central world, and have 2 stores of 7-11 located near by the hotel. There also have a mini coffee shop in same area of the lobby, cappuccino tastes very great ! Overall loved it and would definitely recommend everyone and will come back to this hotel again soon !!

Excellent hotel, friendly staff. Roof pool is fantastic for cooling off and relaxing. Hotel is located in a side street away from busy traffic. Rooms are lovely and cleaned when ever you wish. Air conditioning was a god send. Staff went out of their way to support guests during a power outage and solved any problems immediately. Near shopping areas, restaurants and convenience stores which can be easily walked to. Airport transfer was just over 30mins. Is also near SkyTrain for travelling in the city or hotel were happy to arrange taxis. Only downside was storage for clothing. We booked a superior Queen room for 11 nights and had no storage for clothes so had to keep everything in suitcases. Would totally recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a comfortable relaxing stay in Bangkok. If we return we will book this hotel again.

Correct mais sans plus.
L'hôtel est situé dans une petite ruelle et était correct globalement. Le petit déjeuner est satisfaisant mais sans plus, et n'est pas pris dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel mais dans un autre hôtel situé dans la même ruelle. Petit bémol : il n'y a pas de service bagage après le check out...notre vol de retour était très tard le soir même et avons dû repayer une nuit (avec une petite réduction) pour laisser les bagages dans une chambre.

I send an request to get a quiet room unfortunately they arranged lvl1 room for us which the cleaner and hotel staff were making a lot of noise and also shouting at the corridor 6am in the morning. Poor sound proof. We can hear people walking outside clearly. For light sleepers like me cant really rest well.

Самый главный плюс отель - его расположение в самом центре, но при этом на тихой улочке! Недалеко остановка поезда который идёт в аэропорт Суварнапхум. Персонал отеля дружелюбный, а номера чистые! Спасибо!

The hotel looks new & cozy, staffs are helpful, location is pretty ideally for "night market" shoppers, close to Ratchaprarop station, where you can start your journey via "train" way.

優：很新，離airport line Ratchaprarop 站5min 出入機場方便，附近有7-11、大排檔 飯店空間ok床舖舒適 缺：才開幕一個月，還沒準備好的飯店，入住流程混亂。未告知早上7:00am有裝潢敲打聲，未告知而幫私自幫旅客打包行李移動房間。再過一陣子入住會比較好。

Bad experience!
I have to say that this is a brand new hotel in 2019. All the equipment is very clean, but there are some projects in the hotel, so there will be a lot of noise! The sound insulation effect of the package across the room is very poor! The on-site service staff was very unprofessional. The first thing was that we couldn't find our location name when we reported it. We have already given the passport or can't find it. It took about half an hour to get us to the room! Even the last day of check-out, the counter lady who is not familiar with the positioning process still asks us for a deposit receipt...! The point is that we have not given us from the beginning of the report! On the last day, we left our luggage in the restaurant. When we came back to take the baggage, we gave the tip. The counter lady actually said that it was not needed!! I have come to Thailand for seven times... The first time I met such a polite Thai.... I feel sorry for Thailand as a big tourist country! If you don't pay attention to service quality, you can live here! On the contrary, advise you not to pay and get angry!

Highly recommended
Newly built. Super fresh. Room is excellent. Rooftop pool is really nice for a morning swim. Wish they closed the pool a little bit later though, enabling a late night swim after a long day in central Bangkok. Good communication options from both the airport and all the central stuff. Would highly recommend.

It's in a good location, 5mins walk to sky train. 10mins walk to shopping mall, 2 nice seafood restaurant nearby. Building is brand new, check in is fast, the room is in a good condition, but wall is paper thin, you can hear people talking from next door and all the cleaning noise from staff. For the price I paid for a 3 star hotel I'm quite satisfied. Just be mindful you might find some natural surprise in your bathroom, I found some cockroaches in there, one was on my toothbrush, I had to throw it away after discovery, I don't blame the hotel but be aware and put all your stuff in the bag when you are not in the room.

As we were experiencing delay in the opening of the hotel we contacted you in advance regarding the move a higher star-rating partner hotel at no additional charge of which you agreed, fully knowing the location. The partner hotel is located only 300 meters away from Nana BTS station which many would agree is a very convenient and centrally located hotel. We apologize that the location of our partner hotel did not meet your expectation.
