Clean, modern hotel conveniently located for transport to other parts of the city and reasonably close to both airports. The light rail station is less than a minute's walk away. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. There are many options for eating out within walking distance, though the hotel has its own restaurant if you don't want to go out.

Property was neat and fancy enogh to stay. You have to ask for amenities when you check in which I wouldn't need to. Personally, this place not suitable for business trip! traffic is terrible at any time and right besides the subway crosses very often. But, if you are here for relax in downtown, enjoy the infinite swiming pool on 7th floor. Breakfast was better than others(similar price for staying) in Bang-na.

Been here many times, best compromise for visiting Bangkok for business, with and without family. Takky, the concierge manager, is brilliant and always happy to accommodate all your needs end to end. Neighbourhoods is chill and cool, transportation very convenient.

Le séjour s’est plutôt bien passé dans l’ensemble, cependant la chambre n’était pas propre il y avait des cafards. Nous avons demandés à changés de chambre qui était mieux mais on en a quand même trouvé un. Mais l’hôtel est bien situé, facile d’accès au transport a la station Phra phanong à 4 min à pied.

Air condition was too aggressive, could not lower below low. Windows allowed noise from street to come through in floor 11. Bath with very nice shower. Bed had super cosy topper. Interior is very useful and gives smooth atmosphere. Checkin and checkout took too long. Any extra which seems to cause trouble in process. We additionally booked late checkout which we could not even book upfront. This was a bit disappointing.

My experience was great the breakfast was the best and the views from the hotel was great. The front desk lady Nana was really nice she spoke English and she was very helpful always had a welcoming smile on her face when I would return in the afternoon. The train was very easy to ride it took about 8 stop to get to Siam Paragon.

This hotel is not far from BTS station, 5-10 minutes from BTS station by walk. The place is more local but many restaurants and stores.

Very bad staff and service. Location is so far out from the main attractions, 30 mins by bts, nothing around to eat, breakfast buffet was so lousy, staff is so unfriendly.

スタッフは親切で部屋は清潔でした。朝食も美味しかったです。特にライブキッチンのヌードルが気に入りました。駅から近くて移動も便利でした。大通りに面しているため夜は車の音が気になりました。
