It has been my second visit to MODE last one was 5 years ago. It is a modern hotel in a great location directly at the Surasak BTS station. Absolutely love the outdoor pool. only downside in the business room I had this time: the aircon was blowing directly onto the bed

Terrible experience… horrible customer service. DO NOT STAY HERE!! We had no hot water for the first two nights. They tried to get it fixed but they couldn’t. The showers had mold everywhere in them. They eventually moved us to another room that had no air conditioning, dirty sheets, and ants in the bed. We eventually just checked out early to stay in another hotel because it was not anything like stated on the website. With their no refund we still had to pay for the nights we did not stay because we refused to spend another night in their crappy hotel and be moved multiple times. It was our honeymoon and we were not going to spend it moving around. Since all of this happened we have tried to work with Expedia to see how they are willing to make this right and Expedia has not made this right and is not willing to give us refund. They said that although they have tried reaching the hotel there is nothing they can do. This will be the last time we book with Expedia as clearly the do not care about the customer. Very sad experience.

The hotel was nice and the view from the executive room was incredible. The area is not central to a lot of dining or sightseeing options, but very close to a BTS station. Also, the fixtures in the hotel are a bit dated. I did notice that the hotel is trying to make prices for breakfast and the bar on the 38th floor more competitive. Overall, I would recommend to travelers looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

Nice pool area!
Pool area was really nice! But really expensive bar and poor service, people brought their own water and beer. Could be even better with good service. Roof top was ok, but design and ambience could be done better. Great breakfast. Staff was service friendly. Nice coffee place at ground floor. Big plus is distance to BTS, just 1minute.

Très bien situé, vue à couper le souffle sur le ciel de bangkok, piscine au 11ème étage pour se poser après une journée de visite bien agréable, personnel d’une grande gentillesse toujours disponible pour trouver ce que vous recherchez, roof top bar sympa, petit déjeuner très complet Les yeux fermés ! Merci mode sathon, kop khoon Krap🙏
