I liked the friendly staff and great service but the hotel was a bit run-down and my room smelled of cigarette smoke (which I hate).

Overall the hotel was good but is definitely starting to show its age. Loose fixtures, issues with the A/C, only one elevator available. However the rooms are a good size, the pool area is quite nice, and the staff are attentive and friendly. I would still recommend despite some of the concerns.

少し駅から遠いですが、ホテルの周りにはレストランやマッサージ屋もあります。 ホテルの下のスーパー？は、夜も早くに閉まり、飲み物も種類が少なく、利用し難いです。 コンビニまでも遠いのが残念です。 プールは広いですが、水は清潔とは言えません。

My only complaint about this property is that there is two buildings with the same hotel. This one is located in the back therefore everytime you want to get an Uber or breakfast you have to walk about 8 mins to get to the taxi or food etc. other than that the hotel is more quiet than the other building which I loved. The hotel staff is so kind. The second day of my solo trip I had an accident, the second I arrived back at the hotel. The hotel front desk attended me with a medical kit without me asking. Very kind. There is also a washer and dryer in the hotel rooms which was great. Thank you so much

33 yr old male solo traveler - 10/10 walkable to anything you’d ever need. - room was extremely affordable for what you get. - not the nicest room of all time but great for the the price. - very friendly/ helpful staff - great location for partying and shopping

The shower was awful, the carpet in the hallway very dirty. The reception people were very dry the guys opening the doors were very good.

The hotel is clean and safe. The reception and cleaning staff are very efficient and courteous. Also It’s walking distance to terminal 21 shopping center where you have access to restaurants and foods court. Also close to the skytrain (BTS) and underground (MRT) train.

First night I was out in a smoking room by mistake but they moved me to a much nicer room the next day. Smoking rooms have not been renovated. The only complaint was the bed was very hard an uncomfortable but for the price no problem. Staff were excellent

We have stayed at 3 different hotels in Bangkok now, and this one is our favourite. Hotel is on the older side, but the rooms are nice and the pool area is excellent. Close to everything and comes at a very reasonable price. We will be staying here again

Super misleading. There is Rembrandt Hotel, which seems to have been updated and then there is Rembrandt Hotel & Suites, which haven't been updated since the 1990s, which is where I ended up with this booking. Literally gross. Never again. Staff basically called me dumb for not being to find a hair dryer in the room. It was in the kitchen!!! Gross, terrible, wish I didn't stay here.

The apartment is dated in decor but clean comfortable & well equipped kitchen bathroom clean bedroom clean bed comfortable again dated in decor all appliances working House keeping every day & helpful person that kept our room clean Food was good in the restaurant Mexican & room service breakfast was not as good more choices could be possible also found that cleanliness was lacking in sanitation of tables only wiped down same cloth used on multiple tables quick shake of table mats nothing else was done tables relayed for next people enjoyed our stay at hotel would come back

Overall this place is an excellent choice. I had a 1 bedroom suite and it was very spacious and clean. It actually felt like a spacious 1 BR condo. The staff and service was always accommodating and super nice. I will definitely stay here again in 2025.

Not like the pictures!
Damp, mouldy walls with old wallpaper peeling away. Nothing like the photos. Went to use the toilet and a cockroach ran out of the shelves. We checked out and went home instead of staying the night! Gutted cos I thought we’d booked the other Rembrandt which is much nicer!

God og hyggelig service, lokasjonen er bra. Totalt sett så må jeg vel nesten si at for prisen er dette helt greit, men slitent er det, og gammeldags men dette gjenspeiler nok prisen.
