Had a wonderful experience here. All of the staff is friendly and are eager to help with any of your needs. The food is DELICIOUS. Every part of the hotel was clean. This is THE best hotel experience I’ve ever had.

クラブラウンジアクセスの部屋を利用したのだが、まさに至れり尽くせりり。最終日にチェックアウト後も飛行機の出発時間までラウンジ利用ができたり、25Fのプールやシャワー利用まで出来たのは感謝しかない。 また、バスタブやウォシュレットがあったので、日本の生活となんら変わることなくストレスフリーな時間を過ごすことが出来た。 立地もどこに出るにも便利で、次回にタイに来る際には絶対また利用したい。

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The hotel staff are all very professional. Buffet breakfast was excellent with abundant of choices! Room is spacious and clean. The pool view is wonderful. Will come back again and again.

The hotel's cleanliness and service are very good. The only thing is that there are no late night snacks nearby and there is only one massage shop.

Prestige Surely Describes “Okura Bangkok”…
Service was top-notch: everyone from the doormen to front desk to housekeeping to Club Lounge and Restaurant did an amazing job! I want to especially commend the Club Lounge staff who are very friendly and attentive. I was equally impressed with the housekeeping and laundry staff. They do an amazing job! My laundry was returned each day in impeccable condition (folded and wrapped as if a present)! Also want to let readers know the laundry staff are unbelievably honest. I mistakenly left Thai baht in the back pocket of my shorts. They didn’t miss a beat: found it before I realized I left it in the shorts, labeled and packaged it with my name, amount and date. And then sent a note to my room with the discovery. Talk about honest! Had the opportunity to speak with both the Front Desk Mgr. and Hotel GM: told both how impressed I was with staff and service! I highly recommend the Okura Prestige Hotel Bangkok. The amenities, service, staff and breakfast spread are top notch! Will definitely return! Mahalo, Krup Kun Ka! Jim Lee Honolulu, Hawaii

4 nights in Bangkok
By far one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. Very clean, calm atmosphere, always welcoming people and the services were fantastic. Received an upgraded room at check in which was unexpected. Spa services were great too. The gym was clean and the negative edge pool was awesome overlooking the city from the 25th floor. Can't say enough about this luxury hotel. We're planning to return next year.

The Okura Prestige Bangkok is perhaps the nicest hotel we have stayed at, and this is our of a very distinguished list. The staff are all extremely professional and friendly. The room has the highest amenities and functions, combined with a sophisticated Japanese aesthetic. The infinity pool is gorgeous. And finally, the breakfast buffet is by far the best we have had at any hotel, not to mention you can eat it on the 24th floor patio overlooking some of the most fascinating architecture in Bangkok.

Rundum perfekt
Ein weiteres Mal im Okura. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Gesamtpacket stimmt aber weiterhin in allen Belangen. Die Lage mit BTS-Station ist perfekt, dem Personal gebühren 5 Sterne, dem gastronomischen Angebot (japanisch wie international) ebenfalls. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Aufenthalt!

The first step to this hotel on my first day was a terrible experience. The water and power was out due to maintenance which meant the elevators were out till 6ish. We ended waiting 25minutes in the warm for a fireman lift. To compensate this, the hotel had a little canapés/drinks station. I had an upgrade, room was reasonable. 2802 for those who want a corner deluxe twin room of the view of Bangkok’s cityscape. Breakfast next day- had a choice of international buffet which was nothing to rave about. Pancakes were left out under light but still quite cold. Coffee was clearly from a machine- absymal. Tea was glugy and thick. Choice to sit inside or outside- if you do intend to sit outside, you might wanna head there early due to its popularity. Throughout my stay the corridor outside my room leading to the elevators smelled like cigarette smoke. I have complained about this both to okura services and front desk, but they just looked at me without offering a change of room. Housekeeping was slow with request, asked for teabags and bottles of water which I had to wait 2hours for. Appalling. My final straw to cap this stay at this hotel was that I had to lug and lift my luggage (with help of the Grab driver). I felt the hotel was overstaffed. Honestly, the perks are the convenience of having central embassy and BTS within a stone throw distance but the service…remains absymal. Although thanks for the super late checkout without additional fees and a upgrade
