Good service but old and lack of facilities.
The staff was excellent, room was spacious. However, it's an old hotel, smely and noising air con. Wifi service was so limited here and there is no wifi service in the room unless you pay aditional charge.

Very big hotel. It was clean but the shower was very weak. The hot water didn’t come out well, so I was a little frustrated. We can walk to the station ( to Hua Lamphong and National Stadiam ) for 15 minutes. There were some stalls in front of the hotel at night, so I could easily get food. And they have 7-11 next to the hotel.

We chose the Supior room on the 9th floor. Which is on the Excutive floor. And the pool was on 5th floor. Excellent staff. Impressive Hotel!

Lidt slidt, men venlig personale og rent Det var svært at få et bord til morgenmad mellem 06.30 og 8 pga. mange kineser Boede på 9 sal men lige ud til motorvejen så der var lidt trafikstøj Man får 2 kort ved indcheckning så man kan lade aircondition stå på Low hele dagen så der altid er dejligt køligt Alt i alt Ok til prisen👍

Caught in the Beauty-and-Beast Conundrum
I had the opportunity to stay at the Twin Towers Hotel recently, and I must say that my experience was both memorable and disconcerting. Upon arrival, I was immediately enchanted by the striking architecture and the beautifully designed lobby. The grandeur and attention to detail in these public areas were undoubtedly commendable, hinting at a luxurious experience ahead. However, as I entered the room, the beauty-and-beast conundrum unfolded before me. The room, in stark contrast to the exquisite lobby and elegant structure, seemed disappointing. It became clear that the rooms had not seen the same love and investment in their design and upkeep. Old, worn-out furniture filled the room, making it feel dated and uninviting. The space lacked the sophistication and contemporary touch that I had expected based on the hotel's exterior and the lobby. But what turned out to be the biggest letdown was the bed. The mattress was very uncomfortable, leading to a restless night's sleep, which is highly undesirable for any traveler. While the beautiful architecture and impressive lobby of Twin Towers Hotel showcase the potential for a luxurious stay, the lackluster room furnishings and uncomfortable bed sully the overall experience. I hope the hotel management will take this feedback to heart and work on revamping the rooms, aligning them with the sophistication and comfort that the rest of the hotel has to offer.

In whole I was satisfied with the experience, a few things can improve, the shower head in my room was partially blocked and also I booked the room with a queen bed but when I arrived they gave me a room with two single beds and the excuse was in availability.

Its just ok. You get what you pay for. The exterior of the hotel is nice with a grand entrance but the rooms... Was supposed to stay in Bangkok for 8 days, but cut our time short and went to Pattaya instead. The room is very outdated. Not many plug outlets; room is so dark and not very clean; bathtub is old and faucets are rusty. The staff seemed cordial and nice but not very welcoming.

Für einen kurztrip in Bangkok ist dieses Hotel in Ordnung. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist zwar etwas asiatisch ausgelegt aber es gibt auch Toast, Marmelade, Müsli, lecker Obst und das reicht eigentlich auch. Tolles Hotel. Die Zimmer müssen aktualisiert und kleinere Reparaturen durchgeführt werden. Aber top Preis Leistung Verhältniss

Pool+spa with champagne bubbles was great
Very nice pool.Spent hours and hours.Big space room with great city view for me.Staff was very nice.However far from shopping malls.You need to take metered taxi or tuk tuk(100 baht) to MBK mall.7/11 outside the hotel and street food outside. The hotel has their own tuk tuk also for 100 baht. Swimming pool was the best and they also have gym,massage and manicure and pedicure. Buffet was ok.

文句なしの高級ホテルの一画。今回の旅は、ゲストハウスを中心とした比較的安い宿を利用してきたが、たまたまフアラムポーン駅近辺で泊まる必要があり、いつも使っているホテルが満室の為、このホテルを利用した。広さ、清潔さ等々、日本で言えばかなり安いビジネスホテルなみの価格であのパフォーマンスは素晴らしい。手ごろな価格でこういうホテルを使わせて貰えるのであれば、またたまに利用させて頂こうと思う。

Peu de monde à la piscine, c’est top Le jacuzzi ne fonctionne jamais, il est censé être ouvert l’après midi sur certains horaires, ce n’est pas le cas Hôtel très propre Ne pas changer son argent dans l’hôtel, le taux est hyper faible (la commission doit être très élevée) Ne pas manger en face de l’hôtel (prix super élevés), aller plus loin dans la rue Génial le 7 eleven juste en bas

Bed was terrible with a deformed mattress. No plugs where to charge phone, the room had a very strong and unpleasant smell of cleaning product. Staff was not polite. Left a day early staying only one night out of two i paid for.

Pas très près de la station metro la plus proche (Natinal stadium). N'est pas un 5 étoiles de grand luxe. Mais incontestablement un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Proportionnellement le petit déjeuner semble un peu cher, mais est très correct.

there is window in room that can be open to fresh air.the manager refused to open,there for only air con ,never refreshed.this is time of Corona virus.

Beautiful and clean hotel ! Rooms were spacious and offered great views of swimming pool and surroundings! Bedroom was sound proof sufficient and beds slept great ! Restaurant has 3 restaurants at different levels , lovely swimming pool and gym ! Location is excellent for tours and city attractions! Staff at front desk and front floor was very helpful and well mannered! Really love my stay and will definitely be back ! Thank you !

Big room, good service, but a little bit old 15 mins walk to the nearest station (National stadium), quite a lot of shops and restaurant nearby
