Villa cha cha is a hidden gem amongst the hustle and bustle of near-by Khao Son road. It is tucked in between two streets, so when you enter you feel like you have escaped Bangkok, for the price, this place is very decent, the staff is awesome and super helpful, you can book any transportation in the hotel as well. The restaurant is very pleasant with a little waterfall feature and comfy seating. The pool is small but perfect. The rooms are clean enough, and felt very safe. 10/10 would stay here again!

Dont bother
Booked a nice room with a window and view out over the pool and was told it was a mistake and they tried to put me in an awful toom with no window and 1 lamp. Complained and was offered a room with a window looking onto a concrete wall that was 20cm away from the window. Complained again and asked for my money back and was told this wasnt allowed. Finally got a room with a proper window but was made to feel bad like they had really gone out of their way to sort it. It wasnt a particularly cheap hotel for the area, could have had the same type of room(the one with the window) for half the price or had a very fancy room elsewhere for another £10. It was a mistake and i wont be booking there again. Oh and definitely dont expect to get the welcome drink

Nedslidt i et super område
Super omgivelser og rigtig god restaurant ifm. hotellet. Til gengæld yderst nedslidt og træt hotel, som selv et smilende og servicemindet personale ikke kunne opveje. Aircondition istykker. Lamper (meget mangelfuld belysning i øvrigt) tydeligt istykker og møgbeskidte. Ingen skabe eller hylder til tøj - kun en knækket stumtjener.

Nice location. Pool is nice but a bit smelly. My issue was the lack of hospitality. Stayed 3 nights and didn’t get room cleaned once. Also not very accommodating on requests. The rooms are very dimly lit as well.

First of all, the location is excellent. Right by Khao San Road, but not on it, so you don't get the noise. Easy access to various sites. The pool and public areas are lovely. The restaurant is undergoing renovation, so not open, but they have made arrangements with another nearby hotel for breakfast. This renovation does make one of the entrances a bit messy, but that's temporary and superficial. Now, the rooms. I shared a room with my adult son-it was a deluxe twin, I think, and was fine. It overlooked the courtyard, and was clean and, while not spacious, adequate, since we literally only slept there. My daughter and her fiancee got a basic economy room, which was tiny, overlooked a concrete wall, and barely had room for the bed. They were a bit taken aback, but again, they were only there at night. The bathrooms were huge and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. All in all, considering the price, I would definitely stay here again. It had exactly what I need in a hotel-location, nice pool, good bed, good staff.

Nette Grundstruktur, angenehme Betten, es werden Seife und Handtücher geliefert. Jedenfalls aber recht in die Jahre gekommene Ausstattung, Wände und Türen wie aus Papier, der safe nicht einmal fixiert (jeder könnte ihn einfach mitnehmen), es ist bis ca 3 Uhr nachts höllisch laut und den versprochenen welcome drink haben wir auch nicht bekommen. Im Bad krabbeln hunderte Mini- Ameisen.

Two nights in Bangkok!
Hotellet ligger mycket bra till om man vill festa runt på Kao San road dvs inget för de som vill sova på natten. Hotellet var mysigt men smolket i bägaren var att solen inte nådde ner till poolen. Men vi kan ändå rekommendera detta hotell.

カオサン通りから一本離れた良い雰囲気の通りにあります。
カオサン通りから一本離れた通りにあるホテルです。 レストランの裏にある形なので、最初見つけるのに苦労しましたが、晩御飯にそのままそのレストランを利用することもできたので良かったです。 部屋は、日本人の感覚では決して綺麗とは言えませんが、タイのカオサン通り近くで、安さを考えればアリでしょう。 カオサンはかなり独特な通りなのでカオス好きにはぜひおすすめします。

Tiny and dirty rooms with poor service
We decided to take the upgraded room and booked the superior twin room. I was shocked to see how small the room was. We had to remove the bed lamp and push the beds next to each other as we couldn't walk in the room. The room was very basic with poor light. We discovered why the bed lamp was placed there, as there was no other light in the room. The tiles were old and chipped. When we arrived we noticed the room was never swept as there was hair all over the floor when we walked on our socks. When we asked for the room to be cleaned, they only made up the beds, never mind the bathroom and no sweeping again. Maybe the room is to small to sweep? The receptionist wasn't helpful at all, unless we booked our cabs and tours through the hotel. When we wanted to change the time of the cab pickup with the reception and we were told to come back as we waited over an half an hour for the lady to return. They said no one else could assist us. The good thing was they allowed us to store our luggage on the last day of check-out and we could go shop. Overall not what I expected of a 3.5 star hotel.

The staff was pleasent and helpful, and the price was right. There were tiny ants all over the room including in the bed. the floor was grungy. The fridge leaked. The noise every night from the street below was unbelievable and until very late.

Nous avions réservé une chambre standard. Comme la toilette était bouchée et que le personnel n'a pas réussi à résoudre le problème on nous a donné une chambre supérieure sans frais pour notre séjour. Je recommande fortement cette dernière pour son confort. Bien situé . A deux minutes de marches de Kaosan road où il n'est plus agréable de demeurer.

Stay Somewhere Else!
We were optimistic about this hotel coming in, but the room we were given was in horrible condition. The lamp was broken, there were holes in the walls, the toilet seat had dried pee on it, and the toilet was running constantly. We asked for the toilet to be looked at it and we were ignored. We didn’t feel comfortable staying in such a dirty room and ended up switching hotels. Well worth the extra money! The conditions and customer service here were terrible, it is definitely not a “luxury hotel”

Hôtel très bien situé à 30 minutes à pied du Gd Pa
Les avis étaient partagés sur cet hôtel donc un peu soucieuse en arrivant. Nous avons passé un bon séjour ! Nous voulions être près de Kaosan Road et avoir une piscine : critères remplis ! Évidemment il n'y a pas de vue, mais si nous en voulions une ce n'était pas le bon quartier ! Pareil pour le calme !! Nous n'avons pas testé le restaurant car nous mangions dans la rue (l'animation dans la rue jusqu'à 3h du matin est direct en sortant de l'hotel). La piscine est agréable vu la chaleur ! Pas trop envie de tester le sauna, après une journée de visite nous avions plus besoin de la fraîcheur de la piscine que la chaleur d'un sauna. Il y a un bureau d'excursion dans l'hôtel (que nous n'avons pas testé mais bon à savoir).

Goede locatie om savonds door de omliggende straatjes te wandelen. Het bed ligt comfortabel. Nadeel vond ik dat je je paspoort moest achterlaten (of een geldbedrag , maar wij waren op terugreis dus moesten juist onze baths opmaken )

Lors de notre arrivée nous ne nous sommes pas vus vu attribuer la chambre que nous avions réservé nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une chambre standard avec vue sur mur et il y avait des odeurs d'humidité dans la chambre ...après réclamation nous avons pu obtenir la chambre que nous avions réservé, la chambre était correcte à part au niveau de la salle de bain où nous avons constaté qu'il y avait en permanence des fourmis et le robinet du lavabo ne tenait pas en place ... malgré le personnel assez sympathique nous avons été déçus par la qualité des locaux au niveau de la piscine notamment , des tas de feuilles dans les toilettes avec la lumière qui ne fonctionne pas , les feuilles quasi jamais enlevées dans la piscine, pour ma petite fille de 6 ans qui apprend à nager ce critère était très important Le quartier est très animé il faut compter une bonne heure en taxi de l'aéroport L'hôtel ne répond pas aux e-mails qu'on leur envoie, nous leur avions demandé d'organiser notre transfert mais il faut croire qu'ils n'ont pas accès aux email qu'on envoie via Expedia Je pense que vous pouvez trouver mieux à Bangkok pour le même budget

No vuelvo a contratar con vosotros. La oferta secreta que me ofrecistéis era la mism que en otras páginas. El hotel no guardaba relación precio calidad. Estaba sucio,el baño estropeado,entorno ruidoso ,sin armario habitación pequeña. Lo único bueno era la recepción y el personal. El precio para esa habitación debería haber sio 20 euros con desayuno ,no 37. En otros lugares de Tailandia por el mismo precio la.diferencia ha sido notable. Os mando una foto del estado de una lámpara.
