Staff is exceptionally nice. Hotel operations are great too. The bed was massive, like a California King, and was super comfortable, loved it. There were a few annoyances though. The gym is very, very average & they have a steam room (not a sauna) that didn’t work. The room itself was 3.5/5 clean ...
