"Our first room provided to us was not cleaned. We pulled back the bedspread to find filthy sheets covered in animal hair and body hair & stains. Room smelled, air conditioning was on its last leg and hallways and general hotel lobby need attention. Pool lights are on a timer and dangerous for swimmers ..."
