"Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfy and roomy, pillows were nice and fresh, not musty smelling. Toilet was clean. All in all room was fabulous to be honest. Loved it and a real steal for the price. Breakfast buffet was average, not a wide range of offerings but it started the day right."

"This hotel is located in the Mega mall where you can get everything including food court. The amenities inside the hotel is limited as the facilities are available in the mall. Taxis and Grab services are plentiful. Downside we experienced was the spread of breakfast which was very much limited for vegetarians. The restaurant also didn’t have any food for vegetarians in the menu. However they adapted to our request and made sandwiches and served with french fries. Front desk staffs were helpful in giving us direction to vegetarian restaurants. It’s a perfect place for non-vegetarians. There is a supermarket inside the mall which came in aid for us hence we managed with whatever was available such as milk, cereals, bread, fruits, etc. Can we stay there again? Yes with some preparation."

"I've stayed in other Alofts, and this is much the same: modern, well-maintained and kind of generic. It's attached to KL's central train station and a shopping mall, so the location couldn't be much more convenient. The breakfast is good, but the dining area is not well-designed, so you have to navigate a zoo-like atmosphere in an oddly designed space to eat in the mornings."

"Excellent location for travellers as it's easy to get Grab or trains, two mrt stations are within walking distance, Kerinchi and Universiti. My room got cleaned daily, but there's always my used cup doesn't get washed so that can be improved. Guess it should be me washing it myself, haha, just a bit lazy or forgetful as I was always rushing out. It's really convenient to get good food just next door at Southlink as well, so I would definitely stay there again or recommend to friends and family."
