"Complimentary breakfast is very good, with a broad mix of Malaysian and Western items. The hotel is well maintained and the furnishings feel solid. Staff were consistently responsive and helpful. Proximity to NU Sentral is a plus for transit and shopping, but the immediate area is less walkable, with uneven sidewalks and busy roads."
"Convenience at its max. With Mid Valley & Garden malls on site, what else can you ask for. Your one stop shop for everything. Service at the hotel is also great with staff always trying their best to serve you. Buffet breakfast has a good spread but if you opt to miss out then there's plenty local food places around the hotel. Pool is also nice, clean and big. Rooms are good and clean. Towels though do need a refresh. Overall highly recommend this place for a short stay and convenience to everything."
"Lovely property with wonderful staff. Right from the time we checked in to the time we checked out, we were treated as valued guests. The staff greeted us at every opportunity and asked if we needed anything every time we saw someone. Justine who took care of us in the restaurant was just amazing. She went out of her way to ensure we had all we needed. She even arranged a small cake and candle as my daughter turned 17 during our stay.
The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Overall a perfect stay and we will be back. "
"Check in was a bit stressful, because itnwas written they accept check in only until 22:30 and we were expecting to arrive at 0:00h. It was also problematic that they were not answering the phone when calling...
But when finally they did pick up the phone, they confirmed they will wait for us. And once there it was 5 stars service - helped to get the luggage to the room and the room was very clean and comfortable.
So all in all we were happy but do recommend the management to switch to a 24/7 reception - this is at the end a 5 stars hotel.
