The Apartment and kitchenette ar well maintained

This is my second time booked the 2 Bedrooms Executive Apartment for my small event. I have made a remark for reserving the room with designed work space in Hotels.com and VE Hotel & Residence did reserved it for me, and this action really made my event went smoothly. The Apartment rooms and kitchenette are well maintained. I will continually to held and book my event next year in VE Hotel & Residence

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. I initially booked for 3 days just to see how is the hotel since it's my first trip to Kuala lumpur. But manager named Zafrul helped me to extend my stay on my request for 4 more days though they were fully booked. He and other staffs also helped me to buy more data when I ran out of it as I had no idea how to do it. Though the location of the hotel is a bit far from the city still I absolutely recommend this hotel.

Good experience for business event!

Booked it for business event. Staff is very nice to give us the executive room with a separate working room. Overall everything went well, hotel are able to send us more chairs after our request, my guests are able to get free parking. Just that the Wifi couldn't connect on the second day due to reached amount of users.

Slightly disappoitning this time but a good stay

This was overall an ok stay. We really enjoyed our last stay at the property which is why we chose it again this time. Unfortunately, however, check-in seemed to be an unduly slow process, the safe in our room was not working, and gratuiites such as slippers and a weighing scale, which wed previously been provided with, were not provided on this occasion. That said, the room was still very comfortable. The decor was modern and tasteful, the amenities were good, and we probably would consider staying there again in the future.
