The restaurant is Michelin-level, and the bakery is outstanding—the croissants are perfect, and the pain au chocolat (pound chocolate) is incredible. Communication is also top-tier. Through WhatsApp, the team shares real-time updates on events, activities, weather, and local conditions—always proactive and reassuring. What stood out most was their care when we became sick. The team checked in constantly, offering tea, water, and anything we needed. They even arranged a doctor to come directly to our villa—professional, knowledgeable, and seamless. The property itself is stunning—lush jungle views, a serene pool, beautiful rooms, spa, gym, and unique funiculars with friendly operators always ready to help. But ultimately, it’s the people who make this place special. When we left, staff—including the manager—came out to wave goodbye. We weren’t ready to go. Sometimes, it’s the family you make along the way—and here, you truly find one."
