For the area it is the nicest hotel, staff are very friendly and happy to help. The pool is not desirable due to people that stay there, blowing their noses in the water.

Property and faciities were dated. Quality of food were below average. Only redeeming factor was staff friendliness and service attitude although they could do with more training.

Property and facilities are very dated (decking at swimming pool were uneven and an hazard to kids using the pool) are in dire need of maintenance and repairs. The paid buffet breakfast quality and taste were generally not up to standards expected of a Novotel hotel branding. Staff were generally friendly but in need training for better customer service experience. Lastly, the towels provided in the rooms smells awful. Much improvement needed.

El hotel está descuidado no encienden los aires acondicionado en el restaurante y en el lobby con lo que si quieres estar fresco no puedes salir de la habitación hay pocas opciones para comer en el restaurante no prestan atención a la hora de preparar las cosas por ejemplo pedí un smoothie de fresa y durazno y me trajeron un vaso de leche con sirope de fresa en general he quedado muy decepcionado de mi estadia

location is not close to the airport gate, but need 15-20 minute taxi drive. big, clean but old room, comfort matrass, dirty sofa, broken bathroom door, old hairdryer that stopped every 2 minutes in use. big pool for children, not really for swimming.

There has no razor in wash room. But the staffs was cery kindness and the room was very cleaned. I want to eat various tropical fruits such as mangga, avocado..etc, but its a rare. However, i was very satisfied in this hotel. I will reuse this hotel when i visit to banjarumasin. Thank you very much.

プールの配置はリゾート風で、使い勝手がいい。部屋の機能も問題ない。難点は施設内の動線が悪いこと。部屋によっては、かなりの距離があり、昇降エレベーターの配置と動線が一体となっていない等。

ノボテルのホテルなので、安心して予約し滞在することができました。 朝食の種類が多かったのですが、 ちょっと他のノボテルと比べると惜しい感じでした。 パンジャルマシンでは、比較的価格高のホテルですが、 くつろげました。

Does not reflect the brand

The brand does not reflect the quality of this novotel. I stayed at lower level (room 110x) and it was humid and smelly. The linen was dusty and the smely too. Would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

Not a good experience . The bed sheet seems not clean and me and my sister were bitten by "fleas" . We was wondering if the housekeeper did change the bed-sheet and clean the room . The water glass not clean (full of fingerprints) on it . The pillow has sticky smells on it. Novotel Hotel is supposed a good reputable hotel and this unpleasent experience will makes us not to stay again on our next business trip.
