"The property itself was amazing. Views for days. Some issues were the fact that due to illness ( sign at front desk) there was no physical staff. You had to text or call and wait for a reply. We needed fresh towels one day but could not reach anyone and had to go to Walmart in Boone and purchase towels. Would have been good to know whirlpool tub did not work ahead of time.
