"Buongiorno, la struttura è pazzesca e sembra di soggiornare in un sogno. Le note negative sono principalmente due: - la chiusura della piscina dovrebbe essere notificato al momento della prenotazione. - il personale del bar e della reception dovrebbe essere formato e conoscere le informazioni basiche per rendere la permanenza comoda e accessibile. Altra nota positiva ma con margini di miglioramento è la colazione, buffet ricco e molto buono"

"This property is amazing. It was, by far, the highlight of our trip traversing Switzerland. Alexandria at check in was amazing. She helped us to navigate and shift our itinerary due to closures. She was beyond kind. Our room, wow, AMAZING! We had a lovely little balcony with direct views of the Matterhorn. We were so very pleased. I highly recommend Schloss Zermatt. Best breakfast and afternoon snacks."

"Loved the hotel, surrounded by beautiful rose bushes! Stayed in room 341 with gorgeous lake view. Breakfast was great. The only thing is that's about a 20 minute walk to Stresa, however, the walk is beautiful along the lake. Highly recommend."

"La Palma was amazing! We stayed 2 nights in Stresa and absolutely loved this place. The crown jewel was the rooftop pool with an amazing view, and though it was a bit too cold to use the beach club pool by the lake, I can imagine it's an amazing experience as well. Parking on site, breakfast included, and perfectly located within the town. Will definitely stay here again!"

"Location is OK as long as you are prepared to walk about 1 KM each way to the center for a restaurant. Breakfast was OK but the waiters will not fill up the buffet unless you remind them to do so. AC didn’t work on the first day and barely worked after it was “fixed” We are at the end of a month long vacation in Italy and honestly, this was the worst hotel we stayed in so far. No, I will not recommend the Della Torre hotel in Stresa to my friends."

"We were surprised to see that we had a great view of the Matterhorn from our room on the 3rd floor! The hotel is an easy walk to restaurants and stores. I messaged the hotel for a pickup at the train station and that worked perfectly to help us get our bags to the hotel."
