"Was our first time staying here, will be back! It started with the front desk being so helpful when our flight was delayed for check-in. The rooms were clean. Beds were slightly uncomfortable, but I'm sure everyone is used to their own beds. The breakfast was good! It was stocked with minimal wait the length of our stay. We did take advantage the pool on Friday night. We were the only one there. It was very clean and they supplied nice towels! Staff was friendly! It is right next to the highway...

"This property is currently undergoing renovation so the lobby was not accessible. This is understandable, but there was not even a chair for my husband to sit in while I got the car. The breakfast area was also closed off and breakfast consisted of an apple, a granola bar, a muffin, and a small carton of milk handed to us in a paper bag. The coke machine was empty. The property is also not that easy to drive to if you aren’t familiar with the area."

We got there and there was a sign smoking 25ft from the door and someone was smoking next to the door and well as in there room on the third floor. Was kept up from running foot steps from the floor above me. Shower had a used soap and toothpick on top."

"I've added a star because we are not the intended target for this chain. We were there for a 2 night weekend visit to family. Their customer base is for longer term stays so that the amenities in the hotel (refrigerator, cooking facilities, kitchen sink, etc.) are meant for them whereas I'd have preferred everyday housekeeping. Speaking of housekeeping, the shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty when we arrived and empty when we left despite me telling the front desk in person after the...

"The type of room we booked wasn’t available at check-in. The hotel didn’t bother to notify us but did manage to send us an email about the parking fee. The hotel did put us in another type of room, but the sense was the hotel staff knew we couldn’t cancel. If we did we’d lose our money, so take it or leave it."
