For sure one of the premier properties in Banos and the location in front of the waterfall can’t be beat! Plus a large outdoor pool, game room, pool front bar, indoor hot tubs and spa, all first class! The breakfast buffet with the patio overlooking the waterfall is amazing too!!! I strongly recommend. We have stayed at both the outdoor cabanas and the indoor rooms. Only downside to all rooms (especially if you’re used to AC) is the lack of fans or AC. Thankfully maintenance sent us a fan or we would’ve roasted. The cabanas don’t look nice from the outside but inside are still beautiful with a great bathroom, shower, and comfy bed. Highly recommend for the price, location, and amenities!

Es un hotel cómodo, con buena insfraestructura, pero usar la piscina para los adultos es prácticamente imposible. Le colocan espuma a la piscina, lo cual lo hace desagradable y quita la experiencia relajante que fue el motivo por el que fui a este lugar

Beautiful property right next to a waterfall and hot springs. Close to town and walkable to many restaurants and shopping. Spa facilities aren’t cheap but the massage was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Excelente una de las mejores experiencias en Baños el personal como las instalaciones impecables, El desayuno tipo buffet y no es solo fruta y pan como en otros hoteles sino que además de eso te dan dos tipos de opciones de plato fuerte y puedes pedir las dos opciones al mismo tiempo y repetir la cantidad que gustes sin costo adicional. Sin duda regresaré.

Very nice stay- rooms are spacious and very clean! Much nicer than the pics! Great location! Our room overlooked the spa & the falls- which was beautiful but a bit noisy at night if you wanted to leave the windows open. Breakfast was very good and staff was very accomodating! Be aware- no elevator, but was fine for us. Overall, I highly recommend!!

However, there are some things that could not be changed and became part of the experience of staying in a colonial and historical house of Baños like sound isolation. That is the reason, that If you are too sensitive to noise, we recommend you request at the front desk our complimentary earplugs, as the noise of pipes or guest leaving early in the morning may perturb your sleep.Likewise our bathrooms reflect the style of the bathrooms in the colonial era, however we will consider your suggestions to improve our serviceWe hope you enjoyed your stay in this historical house, experiencing the life style of Bañoss colonial nobility.Sincerely

Hotel was fantastic, very nice and accommodating staff. Room was nice, comfortable, and clean. Even had a view of the waterfall! We did have an issue with the spa, which is unexpected considering the price compared to other massage/spa vendors in the area.

Restful stay. Super recommended. Comfortable beds, awesome bathroom, clean facilities with covered jacuzzi, neat sauna and super kind staff. Would love to go back there if I visit baños again.

I'll keep coming back here.
All in all this is a great place to stay. The service is great and the staff is nice and helpful. The place stays very clean although it sometimes smells like chemical cleaning products in the halls and the lobby. The restaurant next door is really good and the breakfast is decent. More gluten free options would be appreciated. Sometimes its kind of loud, but the rooms are nice and I always slept great here. The location next to the termas across the street is a big reason I'll keep coming back. Its nice to just walk over there.

They did not have our room ready at the time of check-in. Some of the staff was very nice and then the rest seemed to be bothered by everyone and everything. We had a great massage in the spa. The ladies that work in that area are fabulous.

Beautiful property and amazing location! The price is quite reasonable. You get resort style amenities, breakfast with a view of the waterfall, nice updated rooms, and great pool/spa! Some things still needed improvement and remind you where you’re at - like the speed of food service, the hats in the spa, and lukewarm showers. But for the price and location it is quite nice!
