"Das Hotel hat scheinbar die Buchung nicht erhalten und sie hatten kein Zimmer frei. Sogar das Geld wurde abgebucht... Zwar durch den Expedia kundenservice rückerstattet geworden aber trotzdem- nicht sehr vertrauenswürdig!"

"My 18-year old niece and I loved our stay in the Royal Apartment when visiting the charming town of Banská Štiavnica. The apartment is enormous, beautiful and comfortable. The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It was obvious that they wanted to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, including a wonderful breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Slovakia."
