"Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Room was clean.
Shower room felt cramped and the shower was only warm on max.
We only stayed one night, so didn't use the kitchen facilities.
Window blinds didn't keep out the light, so woke early."

"Check in process was poorly communicated. They use a contactless system with very poor support stating that they were having techniqual problems. This is the 2nd and last time I will use pass the key system as it leaves the client with 0 support. Both times I had problems getting information on how to check in. This isnt good enough."

"Breakfast was fine-be aware that they provide boiled eggs and cold cuts. The pastries are freshly baked. Good selection of cold cereals, breads, etc. Nice start to the day! Breakfast staff are friendly.
Suite was very nice with well stocked kitchenette, two nice tv’s. Also had a washing machine.
I had booked a ground level suite which is not the first floor-it is the lower level (stairs/elevator)"

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Vancouver. Staff were friendly, welcoming and always making sure I felt taken care of. The location is fantastic- few minutes walk to 2 different metro stations and bus stops, but in my garden-facing room it was quiet and had a nice view and fresh air. The room was tidy, as it looked in the photos and was very comfortable. For the price I felt the value of location, stylish room and kitchenette was excellent and felt like home. Shower was cozy, but great hot water...
