"We stayed at The Heritage Courtyard for one night and honestly wished we had booked a longer stay. We arrived at 2:40 PM, and the check-in was quick and friendly. While waiting, we relaxed in the peaceful courtyard surrounded by tropical plants, which immediately made us forget the busy streets outside. Our city view room was bright, very clean, and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning cooled the room quickly, and we appreciated the complimentary coffee, tea, bottled...

"It is a literal paradise. Had an upgrade yo the single villa and it was spectacular. Spacious room, massive outdoor washroom and the pool space was perfect after a morning of exploring. Tuk tuks were usually on site to take you anywhere you needed to go and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything you needed could be provided. Could not recommend this hotel more."

"We are a family of 5 traveling with teens, stayed here for 4 nights. It was a low season in Siem Reap, and the hotel was nearly empty, with only one other party of guests. The hotel upgraded our rooms to private pool rooms. It was spacious, clean, air-conditioned, and luxurious, though the aesthetics seemed to be of a couple of decades past, with a huge bathtub in the middle of the room. "Great location for visiting Angkor Wat. It’s a little far from Pub Street and the main restaurant area, but it’s not a problem if you use apps like Grab. The staff were very kind and professional. I once accidentally went out without locking the safe, but they handled the situation wonderfully. I think there is still room for improvement when it comes to the breakfast."

"What a truly wonderful experience! We booked in for a whole week here for my 50th birthday and to see Angkor Wat - it was such a great decision. Slightly outside of town, we were able to completely cut off from the chaos and heat of Siem Reap and the temples and truly relax here. With a pool big enough to accommodate multiple groups of visitors, the staff went above and beyond to help us. From breakfast in the morning, to snacks in the afternoon and being greeted ‘welcome home’ every evening...

"This is a beautiful hotel with a lot of character enriched by wooden floors and excellent set of wooden furniture. Rooms are of generous size and beautifully decorated. The only aspect that needs improving is the bathroom which looks a little dated. It has a long swimming pool, very friendly staff, variety of fresh foods at breakfast buffet and an ever helpful front desk. Overall, our 3 day stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. Will definitely stay here again."

"The hotel was beautiful. The grounds were full of lush plants, and the room was decorated with local art. We really enjoyed the swimming pool, and the food and drinks were delicious. The staff were helpful, and the laundry service was especially convenient. We really liked the location; it’s on the quieter side of town, but there are still plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and getting to the temples was easy. We’d love to stay here again!"
