The location was ideal for attending a concert at the Canada Life arena - its literally steps away. Parking was very handy across the street at the Covent Garden underground parking. The PIN locks on the main doors (afterhours) and actual hotel room doors worked well.(Its nice not to worry about a physical key) Really appreciated the "surprise" they left in the fridge. Will gladly do...

Some of the hotel features look tired and could use updating, including the room shower and sink. Overall, good value for money and I would stay again!"

"The hotel room was an astoundingly LONG walk from the only set of elevators at the lobby. I was not directed to a separate entry door with my luggage, nor was there a closer elevator available. I have never encountered such a long, convoluted route from a hotel lobby to a room before."

Room was spacious and bed was very comfy. Location of TV in the room was not ideal. Otherwise it suited our purpose for our stay."
