Large family stay
We just needed a comfortable place to stay in Banyuwangi for a family of 6 that had a pool. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Decent AC and very good pillows. The pool area is nice. The wine bar and bakery are good and reasonable priced. We used the restaurant for breakfast and the barbecue evening. So much food and many choices. The breakfast was 5 star. As with many places in Indonesia English is not guaranteed, but i feel front-line staff probably should know enough for simple requests. The only complaint I have is in regards NOT having our family rooms next to each other, despite their being connecting door and booking months ago. Overall, great value for money and really good food. I will stay longer next time.

The property itself is pretty good. I just didn't like the fact that i can't control the temperature in my room. The front desk sent an engineer to adjust the a/c unit, but that didn"t help. My room was warm, the lobby was warm and the restaurant was warm, i found it really uncomfortable sweating in the common areas. For a large hotel, i really found this unacceptable that they would not bump up the a/c, hence the lower score. The staff itself were really friendly and courteous.

Great place, just starting to need a little love
I've stayed here many times over the years, but it is starting to look tired. The last three rooms that I've stayed in have all had faulty AC controllers (not allowing you to know what temperature you are setting) and the AC is really not very effective. Please fix the AC across the hotel. Sealants in bathrooms starting get mouldy. Staff are great, beds comfy and clean and location is fine, but with increasing competition in Banyuwangi I think some investment is needed in this place generally.

Comfy bed, decent hotel
This is my third time to stay. The hotel is good quality and comfortable. Staff are welcoming. It also has a nice little bar. The pool is OK, but not really for active swimming. The aircon needs a bit of an overhaul in some rooms (I had to move rooms because it didn't work in my first room, and the controller was kind of broken in the second), but overall a good temperature reached for 4 great sleeps in a comfy bed and lovely pillows.

Excellent stay. Great staff
This is a very nice hotel. The staff are incredible and make it a wonderful experience. And the breakfast has a wide range of choices, and there is good amount of food. Way more choices than any normal hotel. There are two sides to the hotel. One is facing the pool, the other the city. If you choose a pool facing view, and it is a busy day, you will be able to hear people at the pool area but it is a better view towards the channel and Bali and the mountains. The other view is the Cityview, and there’s definitely more quiet and the view is still very nice. Thanks to all the staff and Andika we had great time there.

モダンでコストパフォーマンスの良いホテルです。
ホテルの部屋からバリ島が一望でき、設備・サービスも満足しました。 ロケーションがメイン道路から少し離れているのが唯一の難点です。

Sangat menyesal menginap di hotel ini, pelayanan yang sangat buruk. Kamar tdk dingin tetapi dilayani dgn sangat buruk. 30 menit saya menunggu tanpa kejelasan utk pindah kamar... setelah mendatangi receptionis dgn marah2 baru akhirnya dilayani pindah kamar dgn alasan mereka mempersiapkan kamarnya dahulu. Ternyata kamar blm juga siap dan Ac kamar blm dinyalakan yg katanya sdh disiapkan ternyata bohong besar.... benar2 kapok bermalan dihotel ini

New, clean and comfortable hotel, strategically located for anyone travelling to Ijen or Bali. Only negative was the loud music being heard late at night. Not sure if it was coming from an even at the hotel or from the surrounding area.

Hotel is a bit off main road but still close. Overall, everything was fine. Just, we found coffee stain on the cup.

New hotel in town
New hotel in town so everything is very clean and staff was very nice and helpful. It’s also located not too far away from downtown and very close to a train station if you need to hop in to another city by train. Not too much resto around so you have to rent a car or take a taxi to go around.

Hotel has potential. Will not stay again
The hotel was very nice, the lobby, pool, dining area, etc. However, the biggest problem is that the front desk staff can't speak decent english. The rooms were very tiny, which is not a deal breaker. The A/C didn't work in our room and they sent in the technician who came and spent about an hr in the room and said it was fixed. However, even after an hour after that the room didn't cool down. We were too tired to wait for another technician. We complained in the morning and they said they will take care of it for the next guest. Then headed over for breakfast, which was decent. Good options. Got back to the room to realize that the hot water was shut down, and will take 1-2hrs to fix! This started to get frustrating. And finally, we had asked for a couple of cars for our travel in the city and getting the front desk to book it. We were trying to get a minivan and a sedan and trying to communicate this to a 3.5 start hotel shouldn't have to be that hard. Overall, disappointed with the stay. Wouldn't recommend it.

Nice new hotel
