Beautiful new hotel. Kind of built off by itself. Not much shopping or dining close by. It’s cheap to travel by grab ( Indonesian Uber). Hotel restaurant is good but limited menu if you are staying more than a couple of days

Amazing room, ok spa, ok restaurant

Room was great with an amazing view. The staff was helpful and friendly. The spa was okay-ish . Have had much better massages in Indonesia. Restaurant ok. They got our order wrong once and another time they presented with only half of the dish ordered (had ordered Nasi goreng tek-tek which was supposed to have 4 kinds of protein, got only 1)

The location is good and easy to access, food for breakfast is changing on a daily basis, so hotel guests can enjoy a variety of foods and not get bored with the same food if staying for multiple days. The thing we didn't like was the room was not soundproof. you can hear guest traffic and noise from mosque from inside the room.

Property located at one of main transportation street in the city make it easy to move around. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food variety is good at the restaurant. They are changing the menu daily so if you stay multiple days, you can enjoy different food everyday which make your culinary adventure more interesting. However room is not sound proof. We were staying at 10th floor and still able to hear the street noise. The noise in the hotel corridor is also loud and kind of disturbing, Especially when traffic is heavy at breakfast time in the morning and early evening when most people starting to go in to the room and people going out for evening activity. Overall this hotel is consider one of a good hotel in the area in my opinion. There are many hotels not as good as this one and there are few hotels only that can exceeds this hotel in banyuwangi.

Magnifique hotel, vue imprenable depuis les chambres qui sont tres bien équipées avec des lits yres confortable, un Roof top au 16eme etage superbe avec un joli bar et vue panoramique, le petit déjeuner est copieux, le personnel estres accueillant je cite surtoit Cynthia a la reception, l'un des meilleures hotels que j'ai connu.

Very nice hotel since it was the newest hotel in town. Room was spacious, amenities are nice, staff are very friendly and attentive. Looking great on the rooftop bar, nice "semi indoor" pool although its not big. The food was delicious and the restaurant have a very calm ambience. Will recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Banyuwangi. Some tip: since its not really in the middle of the city (can't really walk for food/shopping), if you bring your own car it would be the best (to cruise around).
