"Clean room. Kind staff. Nice bartender. I’d go again "

"Room was clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Perfectly fine stay and worth the money. If I’m being nit picky. The wood furniture was all very sticky, maybe the cleaning spray reacting to the varnish? Also, very cheap toilet paper, kinda annoying it’s just tears as soon as you touch it. Shower had good soap and shampoo just in an awkward location in the shower where you hit it all the time. Other than that small stuff it was a clean modern hotel. "

"If you don't value privacy, this hotel is ok. I was initially given a room on the first floor. The room looked directly outside to the fire pit. And the curtains don't close. I requested another room and they told me, all of the rooms are like that. I requested a room on a different floor, at least. Daniel was helpful and moved me to a second floor room. So, the ac/heat unit is under the window and the curtains do not close over it. I don't know who approved a design that offers no privacy. Though I was on the second floor, the building across the way could see directly into my room. My room had recently been updated and smelled of paint. Luckily I was up early, however, if I had needed to sleep past 8am, that would have been challenging since there was remodeling going on on the second floor. For what I paid for this room, I am extremely disappointed and will never stay there again. "

"Hotel was very clean and smelled really nice. The building is old, but sees to be well cared for. Staff was very nice and helpful. "

"Breakfast left a lot to be desired no fruit at all toaster waffles only caffeinated tea was very disappointed. The grounds need more markings between the curb and the pavement yellow strips because the curbs and the pavement are the same color. I twisted my ankle on one. The staff was very nice, but the place itself needs some updating and not plastic flowers in the flower pots."

"Renovation noise on 1st floor was very noisy, for much too long, during weekend stay. Hotel air quality, was not refreshing. Feet tripped several times, while walking, on loose carpets in hallway and by elevators. No common courtesy of basic hotel ammenties were provided. Overall atmosphere of hotel was not good, and overall needing a better upgrading of "quality" accommodations for guest. "
