Hotel Heevan Retreat
The rooms are too small for even a couple & a child but otherwise, spotlessly clean. Overall hospitality needs an uplift as I found the staff a little 'crude'. The warmth that we are used to in the Indian hospitality industry was nowhere to be seen but functional for sure.

It was a very bad experience to start with staff was rude, food wasn't upto the mark, heaters weren't on all time, n major turn off was that we were standing out in snow n no 1 was opening door around 12 am .

Lily of Nageen
Great service, hospitality and stay. Houseboat is clean and very well maintained. The staff - Meharaj was very helpful, friendly and a great person. He made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Many thanks to him.

Lake Victoria Houseboat
This is the best houseboat in dallake i stayed twice in this boat and enjoyed alot n the service n the view is awesome i recomended to everyone to stay
