"Terrible service with decent views (harborfront views) 1. The basic shower amenities like soap, lotion, hand wash were empty for 2 days, until I have to get housekeeping to top up. 2. The check in front desk and ocean 999 service were dismissive and rude 3. The entrance to the lobby smells very bad 4. The room phone was unplugged Didn't feel welcomed at all. I have to say the views were good and the boys at the lobby (porters) were great and very helpful. "
