I'm still waiting on returns for any of these phantom fees for stays from last month at other hotels! My accounts just kick it back to the seller and only offer for me to cancel the transaction, giving the money over to the hotel!? This assumed risk as aburden to people traveling on a budget is frankly insulting! A restaurant doesn't...

"The room was clean, the A/C worked great, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The pool was smaller than we expected and there’s no hot tub, but the kids absolutely loved it. The American breakfast plates were generously portioned—three were enough to feed our whole family (4 kids and 2 adults), which was a nice bonus. The decor was cute and the overall vibe of the place was warm and welcoming."
