Staff brilliant my traveling companion had some issues with mosquito bites they provided us with free transport to a pharmacy to get some cream and even made the driver wait for us. "The hotel was nice and very quiet, but the bed was so hard we couldn't sleep on it. We asked for a softer mattress or a topper but nothing was available. The hotel is a long way from Siem Reap centre or any amenities, so even getting some shopping requires a taxi or tuc-tuc, as the hotel is on a busy main road with no pavements."
