"The palce was mostly clean and usable but dont expect a 5 star stay. It was very quiet and a nice place to stay. I did not run into anyone else a single time while staying there. There is great food nearby, I mean amazing food. You are far from the rest of Florence though. I thought we would be closer and it wouldnt be too much of a hassle but it was more annoying than I anticipated. There is a bus right nearby which solves that problem mostly. There are also great bars nearby. overall great...

"My experience with the staff at Ostello Bello was disappointing. We booked through Expedia, which explicitly included free breakfast. However, the night shift receptionist (lady) insisted breakfast wasn't in their system, ignored my booking confirmation, and refused to contact a manager. Fortunately, the manager arrived later and resolved the issue. Unfortunately, the same receptionist continued to be cold and made us wait unnecessarily for plates every morning. While I appreciate the manager's...
