Rural setting with helpful staff and great food.

Spacious room in large resort style complex, set up as fully self contained with kitchen and dining furniture. Peaceful location with lovely views. Very pleasant staff and exceptional breakfast.

The accommodation is so nice to come to. Every morning we woke up with a beautiful view of the Tuscany hills. The people at the reception are also very nice and helpful, they will do anything for you if you ask them. Despite the fact that our car broke down, we had the most wonderful stay at Chianti Village.

Great apartments with a fantastic pool area, great for kids as the pool isn’t more than 1.4m deep. Only downside is the non-existing Wi-Fi, which the hotel claims is working.

Country-style living in the heart of Tuscany

Looking for a Tuscan experience central to Florence & Siena, we were advised of the Chianti Village by a nearby resident in Morrocco. What a perfect location for day trips to the two cities mentioned, along with easy access to delightful neighbouring villages of Tavarnelle & San Donato. San Gimignano & a local winery were also easy trips, and the array of restaurants & cafes in the region is a treat. We couldn't have asked for more in trying to have the ultimate Tuscan holiday.

The apartment was incredibly spacious and the staff was very friendly. Restaurant also available without the need to reserve which is fantastic as a lot of places to eat were closed due to COVID. However, WiFi was awful, you cannot even connect to the network. The signal was also poor given that you will be in the mountains. So be prepared to be uncontactable living there.

The room was equipped with only the bare necessities. Air-conditioning did not work properly in either one of the three rooms. The location was extremely convenient though and staff very helpful and courteous.

It was a fairly nice hotel. Everyone we encountered who worked there was super nice. We had some train delays and then were further delayed at the airport where we went to rent a car, so the reception person was messaging me back and forth for my ETA, as they stop receiving guests at 10 pm. We barely made it, getting there at 930 pm. But once we arrived, everything went smoothly. The kitchen even cooked us some food, despite the late time. The room was like an apartment. Fully furnished, with a full kitchen and even a dishwasher. Breakfast had a fee of 8 euros, but I think it was worth it. It was very quiet. There was a pretty pool, but we didn't get a chance to use it. Pretty location with pretty views. I would stay here again.
