The elevator in the building was a convenient bonus. It is conceniently located a short walk from the SMN train station. The staff was exceptionally helpful and personable. "Positive - walking distance and central to everything we wanted to see in Florence, including close to the train station.
Our room was spacious, we had 2 floors, with the main bedroom downstairs and our children slept upstairs.
Staff were polite, helpful and courteous.
Excellent breakfast included in our stay at a stunning restaurant close to the apartment.
Negative - Cleaning of the room everyday was not included during our stay (surcharge)
Not enough storage/shelving for our clothes/...
