"What a beautiful hotel!! Spacious room, updated nice bathroom, and gorgeous views and property. Very friendly staff, too. Breakfast is awesome and they had plenty GF options too. They also have a shuttle to take you up and down the hill to the main part of town, which was very helpful and meant we didn’t have to pay for taxis hardly at all. Overall an amazing place! "

"Very clean and elegant. Excellent staff, very friendly and eager to accommodate. Breakfast was great, with traditional and healthy options (bacon & eggs, yogurt & Granola, fresh juices, etc). Rooms were clean and beautifully designed, with exposed brick exterior and high ceilings. Shower was amazing with high pressure. The location is unbeatable, right in the middle of everything. I would certainly visit again. "

"Although described as 'cosy', our room was more than ample for our stay. The addition of a small fridge is excellent, as was the response for additional tea and coffee! The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again."

"I had a separate booking for my daughter and I had a booking for myself booked by my boss. I understand the language barrier but tried really hard to explain that I was only assisting my daughter in checking in as she was using my credit card but the gentlemen’s insisted on charging me an additional $30 euro because the room I booked under my daughter’s name is Ont for 1 person even though the room was booked for 2 twin beds. Either way, the 30 euro x 3 nights was unnecessary and un expected...

"Charming room directly across from the Duomo. Friendly, accommodating staff and the chef at the breakfast buffet is amazing! He made a cotton candy cappuccino! City center location close to restaurants, attractions and shopping. Also lively at night."
