"This hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooftop bar was delightful, with an amazing view of Florence. The gym was well-equipped and just adjacent to the bar, so you could enjoy the view from there. We had a few things we needed help with, and the staff were so helpful"

"Reserved months in advance for a May stay. Minutes walk from S.M. Novella train station, major sites, central market and restaurants / shopping. The buildings is 14th-century old, with thick walls, high ceilings and atmosphere. That is part of its charm. Nevertheless, the beds were clean and comfortable, the bathroom was modern, the breakfast buffet was beyond simple continental, and the staff was professional, attentive and friendly. We will stay there again."

"Our private room was clean and well stocked with essentials, beds were clean and comfy and changed everyday. The hotel was in a great location and had security on the door which helped us feel safe, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Great value for money!"

"Lovely and very clean room. The staff are there 8 am to 8 pm and very nice. The best part is that this is on a quiet street and only 15 min from just about everything. Fair warning, there is a steep flight of stairs to enter. The staff is there to help with your bags, but you need to be able to walk up these. The amenities are simple and just enough. "

"This hotel is well located to the train station and a quick walk to everything you would want. The hotel itself is very dark. Dark grey walls, dark wood. It is not modern at all. Breakfast was fine. Linens were good but the hotel itself is kind of depressing. One of my friends had a terrible experience as her room was located above where the hotel empties the sewage and the smell went i to her room. Hotel did nothing to help her. "

"The hotel had a great location. It was on a busy street, but was quiet at night. It was close to many historical sites, including Duomo. It was also close to restaurants, bars, and many boutiques. The room was clean and had a great view."

La habitación que nos proporcionaron estaba muy lejos del lobby y llegar estaba un poco rebuscado, había que tomar dos elevadores., sin embargo, era grande, de dos niveles (funcionó para nosotros, pero para una familia con hijos pequeños o adultos mayores no funcionaría). "Although the room was small, the bed was comfortable and room was quiet. the staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly. John prepared a bag for breakfast for us to bring because we had to leave before the start of breakfast. we were able to get coffee before we left. the hotel is close to the train station and the marketplace. I would stay here again."
