My wife and I stayed 5 nights in 3 different rooms there. All rooms are modernized, well decorated, clean, and cozy. The location is great, with just a 4-minute walk from the central train station. Furthermore, the host Claudio deserves to receive a loud applause for his amazing services; he is super helpful, friendly, and caring. Apart from well managing the daily operations of the guesthouse, Claudio also made plenty of recommendations on restaurants and attractions. We enjoyed staying there and will surely recommend this accommodation to our friends.

They have thought about every detail. They’re not only running AC unit they also have HRV. Everything is clean, they know what they’re doing. The location is amazing. This is my second time visiting Florence. On my second time staying here. I have checked other places, but decided this was for the best. I am picky about cleanness. Instructions are easy. Details I gave are not in order and but overall, I say they’re not running a guest house. They are maintaining their own house.

밤 늦게 피렌체 도착이였는데 역에서 도보 5분정도밖에 안걸려서 너무 좋았어요. 엄마와 함께하는 여행이였는데 엄마도 캐리어 끌고 잘 쫓아 왔어요. 테라스에서 아침바람 맞는것도 좋고 숙소도 깨끗하고 카카오톡으로 친절하게 안내도 잘 해주셨어요. 다음에 또 머물고 싶어요!!

I've visited Florence twice, and N7 Rooms is the accommodation I'd recommend most. The location is ideal - just a short walk from the train station, which makes things so much easier if you're travelling around Italy on the train. It's still within easy walking distance of the city centre, but much quieter (I stayed by the Duomo on first visit, and it was quite noisy!!) What really made our stay was Claudio, from the N7 Rooms team. His communication was excellent from the start - clear instructions, helpful messages before we arrived and great local recommendations. He made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out, even kindly looking after our bags on the last day. The room itself was spacious, spotless, beautifully designed, and quiet. Exactly what we needed for a fleeting visit to Florence! Will definitely be back next time we're in Florence!

Happy to & would again

I don’t usually praise or bash my stay, but this has to be told. Place is clean, Claudio is a great host. I won’t mention maintenance because place is too fresh. A liiitle bit on the pricey side but comparing to other places, i would love to stay again in such clean & fresh property.
