"Parking was easy. We felt safe. Clean room but I think for the time of year there were some ants in the room. View was gorgeous. Barbara was so nice and welcoming. Clean rooms The beds weren’t super comfy and the pillows were soo flat. Thank you for the stay. "

"This stay was in a wonderful b&b in a charming village. The room was great with very helpful and thoughtful service. Easy and free parking 5 min walk (outside the ZTL). I would definitely recommend staying here. Make sure you check out the restaurant next door while you do!"

"This place is good but could be amazing. The booking via Expedia is actually managed by a third party who are not very responsive, it is not managed by the vineyard even though they also offer the same accomodation directly from their site. The vineyard is beautiful, close to San Donato and some good hiking. The accomodation is very quiet and the pool is nice. Inside it is fine but the bathroom could be cleaner and the kitchen didn't feel very clean when arrived - ie. the kitchen table was a bit sticky. I tried asking about how to get there and got ignore by the the third party manager so tried asking the vineyard who told me a taxi from Florence airport would be EUR50-75 - it was EUR125 so double. The vineyard also gave me the info about getting a taxi back to Florence for a company whose app says they do not operate in that region which wasn't super helpful. And when we arrived, there was some odd conversation that we couldn't leave our luggage at all anywhere for a couple of hours as we were early and while we walked to San Donato for lunch. In the end they let us put the luggage in the flat while the cleaner finished which was straightforward and what we asked about in the first place."

"1) The descriptions are not clear about this property. The rooms are a 5-minute drive away from the main building 2) If you need a housekeeping service, you need to pay 60 euros for each day! And you need to throw your trash into the bin outside the property. They won't help you! 3) If you need to use the small gym( a few equipment), you need to pay 25 euros per person for each day! 4) The hotel staff were generally so rude! They are ready to argue with you 5) LEAKING ROOF! If you are going on a rainy day, be careful, you can wake up with water drops The good part 1) The breakfast was good 2) The hotel was clean 3) The view was good, but you can have the same view from the different hotels. "

"We had a fabulous stay! Absolutely stunning grounds, amazing pool and pool area and our apartment was so well equipped. Very luxurious! We very much appreciated the bottle of wine and Olive oil from the estate and would have loved to do the winery tour if it weren’t for having the kids with us! We felt we managed the perfect balance of relaxation with getting out and about and visiting places, it is in a great location to be able to do this. The only couple of points I would suggest is more regular towel change would have been appreciated and a long handled brush or vacuum cleaner as 6 days without being cleaned (cleaning is weekly) is a long time with kids! "
