"Hotel is really nice. Staff is very nice. They had good breakfast buffet. We enjoyed the water park. We had nice experience in the hotel. Actually we booked this hotel, because of the airport shuttle. We got the shuttle but they drop us off at a train station in airport. Not the departure terminal. So it took us more than 30 minutes to figure out and go to our terminal. Room is clean but shower room smell bad."

"We arrived early and were made to sit in the lobby and not allowed to use the pool or restaurant until check in which was 3 hours later (we came early to relax at the pool) The room was clean but the SHEETS WERE DIRTY. The shuttle drove BY when I needed to get to the airport and did not stop. Terrible experience."

"Sadly we didn't get to spend much time around the hotel as we had so much planned, however it was in a beautiful setting and the morning continental breakfast was lovely. The family room we booked felt a little tired in places and could do with a little TLC/maintenance just to bring it back up to standard.
