The roof top bar was nice but has very limited gluten free items. We arrived very early in the morning and so the hotel held our luggage. Check in was 3PM and they made us wait until 2:30 PM. We didn't request a particular type of room. We were sitting in the Lobby and watched the Front Desk staff give out rooms to other visitors that came in after us. When we approached the desk they said our room would be ready in 10 minutes after 40 minutes went by we still had no room. They said the delay was because our reservation said 2 twin beds but that is not what it said. Front Desk not very friendly at all toward us. Maybe they just dont like Americans

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff very helpful. The room and bathrooms were well appointed and the restaurant and breakfast were excellent. The only thing missing were some hooks in the bathroom for towels or robes.

The hotel is perfectly located, with amazing rooms that you can see the Barcelona cathedral that's right down the street. Also, many shops, restaurants, and cafes all within walking distance. We loved our stay here!

Loved this hotel. It was in a great location in the Old Town right down the street from the Catedral. Awesome breakfast and overall terrific service and extras. Really great rooftop bar/restaurant with a pool and views views views! Highly recommend.

From the moment I arrived, to the time I checked out, the front desk staff at H10 Madison were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast and dinner staff made a point to remember who you were and remembered your beverage of choice. The overall location was perfect for me. I really enjoyed the roof top view of both the Barcelona Cathedral and the La Sagrada Familia.

Sin servicio telefónico en el cuarto
Increíble que no pudieron resolver el tema del teléfono de mi cuarto. Es un servicio muy básico y no pudieron resolverlo. Otro tema fue que inmovilizaron un elevador durante toda nuestra estancia, haciendo largos los tiempos de espera para el único elevador que estaba disponible.

For me the mattress was to hard, they didn't have a top mattress to comfort my sleep. This is always a problem in the most of the hotels.

Our room was nice and big but no view. Bathroom was nice and updated. Breakfast was ok. It’s central location and close to everything. I will stay there again

The staff was very helpful and courteous. I really liked the bath products at H10-the room was big enough (I got a triple) for the price, it was auper Great location!!

Amazing location in the gothic quarter, walkable distance to many shopping areas and monuments. Highly recommend for budget friendly trips. The room was a bit small for 3, due to the sofa bed but not a big issue.
