"Unfortunately, my stay was far from satisfactory. The main issue was the lack of proper room cleaning service. During an entire week, the room was cleaned only once, which is unacceptable for a property presented as a residence/hotel. In addition, the mattresses were extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to rest properly.
